Police are encouraging parents and guardians to have conversations with their children regarding this activity. It is occurring in the evening hours. This is trespassing on private property and can be considered a criminal offence to disturb the enjoyment of ones property (Mischief). Aside from this, at times, this is affecting peoples sleep and well-being. It could also affect the safety of the youth if they are caught by upset homeowners.
